We consider our business to be a service oriented business. The many decisions that need to be addressed during the construction process can be daunting. It’s the Contractor’s responsibility to see that the Owner is kept informed and educated as to the process of building the house. Homes on the Coast are exposed to salt air, high winds, and horizontally driven rains during winter storms. We are always looking for new and improved construction methods to help us build weather tight and long lasting homes, with minimal maintenance.

Our best results have been from a successful joint venture between Owners, their Architect, and our role as the General Contractor. Most of our clients understand the advantage of not putting their project out to bid, but selecting a contractor they feel they can best work with, thru interviews, talking to previous clients and seeing completed projects. We work with the Owners rather than for the Owners. We see our role as being one of total responsibility for the project, from planning and execution to anticipating problems and offering solutions.
