The fireplace is wrapped in marble and stainless steel. Remote controlled mirror doors hide a flat screen TV above the firebox.

Outside is an outdoor kitchen, complete with a wood fired pizza oven, spa and sauna. For more energetic activities, there is a choice of bocce, tetherball or basketball.
