This house is located on one of the most scenic parcels that we have had the pleasure of being involved with. Fifty acres of rolling ridge top above the Coast line. The views are unobstructed to both the south and the north.

Design was by Schlosser and Leventhal, Architects. Construction was during years 2000/2001.

The house is 5000 sq ft of open beam redwood framing. Siding is Western Red Cedar with an oil finish. Andersen window and doors fill the exterior openings. The interior floor is engineered cherry hardwood flooring to match the cherry cabinets and granite tops.

A 4000 sq ft, six car garage with a full workshop, is a hobbyist dream. On the east side of this structure is a fully furnished dog kennel, complete with individual chain link fenced runs.

Nestled between the garage and the house is an outdoor kitchen kiosk. To the east of the house is an English greenhouse in a fenced garden area. Further to the east is the 1½ acre pond and dock, with another 2000 sq ft storage garage.
